Re: Next Years Season Ticket Info

"Remember to sign up for our Cup Schemes when renewing your Seasoncard, which also gives you priority for those all-important semi-final and cup final tickets"

Couldn't be any clearer.

Re: Next Years Season Ticket Info

Just in case it's not been covered, the direct debit scheme first payment can be set as late as 15 July. Hope this helps anyone struggling to find the cash now.

Just renewed but thinking about how much the price has crept up over the last few years. Platinum is my own choice (hate the idea of cash for points) but I must be paying an extra £250 for the same seat from 2/3 years ago.

Price of success, I'm afraid. We're WAY behind Arsenal, Chelsea and Trafford Red Socks and we're going to see a gradual increase around the ground over coming years. At least we DO offer cheaper options for fans.

-- 17 May 2013, 12:00 --

One thing to watch if going 4-payment DD, is that the payments are not quarterly (they're every two months - Jul, Sep, Nov - except last payment in Feb where you have an extra month break), PLUS you will have to remember to cancel next year if you don't want to ride the rollercoaster in season 14/15.

I'm in a peculiar position that mine in CB3 is £8 cheaper than last year, as last year was the first time I could afford it, paid £588, this time £580.

Same for me. Can only assume that as one of the lucky few who managed to upgrade from Blue to Gold last time around, I paid the 10% premium last year and that the increase this year has been absorbed by getting the "early renewal" benefit this year.
Last years tickets for one adult and one junior came in at £790, this year the same seats are £760.

Yep, I read in an earlier post that the renewal price for my seat was £535 last year, but new price was £588 (10% more).

I feel for those who can't afford to renew now.
£1.01 extra a week over a year !

-- Fri May 17, 2013 12:08 pm --

i will renew my season ticket, but 10% increase is a tad on the expensive side, not sure how many people get a 10% pay rise these days.

just cut back, take it back from the club if you have a beer at £3.50 dont maybe give the programe a miss or the pie, i'l claw it back this way

The problem is that some people have had to do this in previous seasons.

Re: Next Years Season Ticket Info

My direct debit dates have been amended this morning, instead of saying July, August, September and October I now have July, September, November and February.

Also the cup schemes are all on there, I signed up for all 3 yesterday, then it was showing as 2x FA Cup and not the others.

This morning it's all been corrected.

No Real Madrid priority tho, am I missing out on something? ha

Re: Next Years Season Ticket Info

Its taken a lot of thinking and weighing things up but im going to have to give it up. Ive said it the last 2 years but ive always reasoned "its only an extra £xx a week", but its getting too much now. I havent had a payrise in god knows how long and this is a luxury i cant afford anymore. Gutted doesnt even come close, got my first season ticket in 1996 and spent every year since just hoping and praying i would see something decent! Now we are seeing that and im having to fuck it off! Its all going to count for nothing now as im going to be called an "armchair" from now on

Re: Next Years Season Ticket Info

My direct debit switched from showing one a month from July yesterday to just a one off payment July 15th for the full amount. Thought everything went too smooth yesterday

Re: Next Years Season Ticket Info

I was going to go Gold but the DD scheme has worked on me and City will get another extra £50 out of me.
