I've just had a read of an article from when we were supposedly interested in 2018 and came across this snippet:-
Neymar has 24 goals and 14 assists in 23 matches for PSG since joining at the start of the season.
He was absolutely ridiculous at that Barca/PSG stage. Jesus christ.
How incredible he was at Barcelona is overlooked 181 goals and assists in 185 games.
He scored at a better rate than anyone not called Ronaldo or Messi and assist numbers KDB would envy.Paris is even more ridiculous (160 in 144 games) but Ligue 1 etc
Overall for a Brazilian to come to Europe and win everything while scoring and assisting 341 goals in 329 games… incredible really.
The issue with Neymar is just attitude. If he came to Pep and said he wanted to come here and win everything before he retired, you’d take him in a heartbeat.
If he’s just a bit bored of Paris then no one will take him.

All opinion, I'm sure he's done good in his career and some will disagree with me but there's been enough of evidence of behavior on and off the pitch that I think at best he is an extremely selfish and immature person, I wouldn't want him no matter how talented he is.
It's a big no from me, but I can see it happening ! Always felt that the sheikh wants/wanted a statement signing. Haaland should be a big enough signing, but he is not a steller mega star yet ( he will be though). unfortunately Neymar is in that bracket still, and him coming to City would melt the interweb thingy .
