In theory a baller like Neymar would be great for City.
I practice City don't want sulking cheating divas, an aged Neymar obviously doesn't prefer Manchester to Paris as the physical PL to farmer's league, while Qatar bosses surely can't wait to make business with Abu Dhabi and vice versa...
