I can kind of see the logic, with the Colts presumably thinking that they're going to just try to get the last yard so they'd be light on coverage for the throw but there wasn't much room to work in. Maybe if they'd been on the 30-yard line and you've got more of the field to work in it'd make more sense. But I saw my team, the Steelers, call a dumb play in that final regular season game against the Bengals, when they went for a field goal late on when they were 4th and 5, 6 points behind.
 
It’s quite emotional watching this game. If this was three years ago i’d be a nervous wreck but so excited. Actively supporting the Ravens to knock Rivers out of the playoffs is painful. My heart goes out to the city of San Diego, they would be going crazy for this team right now.

Fuck you Godell and fuck you Spanos.

I've not followed closely, but the kicking seems to have been very poor this year. Is that a fair comment?
