Gone quiet lately, Xhaka went to Arsenal so that looks an unlikely destination. Wonder if we're still interested? A midfield three of Kante, Gundogan, and Silva would be creative and defensively sound. Would be a great option if we can't get Pogba.

I'm with you mate....personally think Pogba is unlikely at the amounts mentioned and with Kroos likely staying at Real.....a guy like Kante would be a good/solid move and proven in the prem......high energy, solid work- rate and good at winning the ball back....might not have the passing range we like to see but Gundogan will likely fill that role.....I'd see him as an upgrade over Fernando...

Arsenal have already shifted 3 Central midfielders if you count Rosicky off the books, and could still flog us Wilshere. They'll want another CM, and if not, he's perfect for Mourinho at United.

Paris Saint-Germain have offered Leicester City midfielder N’Golo Kante a five-year deal, according to Le Parisien, via Get French Football.

Kante, 25, has been heavily linked with a move away from the Premier League champions following his stunning performances and PSG now appear in pole to sign the Frenchman.

The Ligue 1 champions reportedly met with Kante’s representatives last week and presented them with a five-year deal and will now meet his €25m release clause.
