My late Father's family were tripe merchants at Crown Point for many, many,years.

Also had stalls on the market in Stockport,Ashton,Hyde and others.

In its day Tripe and Offal were very popular.

My Dad eat it with onions, warm milk & cheese
We had tripe weekly in the colder months when I was young. Might enjoy it now being older but at the time it was "noooooo not tripe again!!!!"
 
I’ll be delighted if we manage to complete this signing before tomorrow’s deadline.

I think we will sign a versatile full-back like Cambiaso in the summer.

My old fella gave me tripe seasoned with vinegar. Also the cheese in milk on enamel plate cooked over the stove, backed up with a couple of rounds of bread. Loved a big piece of liver.
 
Gonna end up with 60. just do it then txiki. We know how it goes.
