Too late in the window for them to consider a sale. Maybe if we tried from the startBarella to us is the worlds most obvious transfer. Great footballer, tremendous work ethic and should seamlessly fit into how we play. It’s a no brainier for me. If the fee is 80 million euros in this market that is a snip.

I think frank might have italian connections.Barella to us is the worlds most obvious transfer. Great footballer, tremendous work ethic and should seamlessly fit into how we play. It’s a no brainier for me. If the fee is 80 million euros in this market that is a snip.
I once holidayed in Lake GardaI think frank might have italian connections.
DeRossi was heavily linked with us after the 2012 title win but we ended up with RodwellIt's because the top players never came to the UK. Are you suggesting Bonucci or Chiellini would not have been dominant central defenders in the Prem? That Gundo or Bernardo are better players than Pirlo. That Harry Kane is any better than Francesco Totti? That Mount, Xhaka, Partey, or Fabinho could hold a candle to DeRossi? I can go on all night. Bianchi and Corradi are the Italian equivalent Patrick Bamford or Danny Ings, if that. You can go on all you'd like but it won't change the matter that Barella is an all around better player than Declan Rice.

On another thread someone said similar about German players. Utter madness, any player might fail but it won’t be anything to do with their team nationality.
Go back years and I reckon the same would have been said about Brazilian holding midfielders or small
Spanish midfielders. How many successful Belgium players did we have prior to KDB in the premiership?
