It would be against EU law if the Scots were independent. They only get away with it as it's considered an internal issue as they are part of the UK. It's clearly discriminatory.
You may well be right on the first part. but it is not discriminatory, it is england's choice not to offer free tuition.
Not all EU countries get it for free. Again, i know this from people that paid a third of the fee, the rest was paid by their government.
And that article is 7 years old btw.

I could write an article 'dude on football forum says scots free tuition is discriminatory', wouldnt make it true.
From 2011 btw, when the coalition government abolished free tuition in England, hence this came about. I doubt you fail to see the arguement, you just want to maks bogus claims and get the anti-scots lot all singing together. Easily done too, enjoy.
