Only Kompany is better on the ball than Otamendi.
If the highlights show it later. Check out the tackle on him when he has a shot in the second half. He has his standing foot taken out. Was a pen for me but never mentioned since
The worst part about this on MSNBC was how the 2 commentators were busy arguing over whether Bravo's tackle on Shrek was a penalty. One thought it was but the other didn't. And then they showed the Baily tackle on Otamendi and the guy who disagreed Bravo's was a penalty exclaimed ' that's more of a penalty' the other dudes agreed it was, and they promptly went back to discussing the Shrek disagreement.Yep. Two replays showed it, no comment.
New keeper comes in. First start and it's the Derby. Replaces one of City's favorite players. The focus on Bravo is entirely understandable. Moreover, if everyone agrees that Otters was fouled in the box, what's to discuss, beyond the fact that yes it's a clear penalty missed (which is what the commentators said)? The worst part about this on MSNBC was how the 2 commentators were busy arguing over whether Bravo's tackle on Shrek was a penalty. I'm like why don't you dufuses make an issue of the one you both agree is a penalty. Mind boggling!!!
Agreed. The playacting is embarrassing. Ashley Young gets fierce hammer on here for his Tom Daley impressions, and rightly so. We don't need one of our own doing similar type shite. He was excellent yesterday, as has been the case so far this season. Stick to what you're good at Nic, cut out the amateur dramatics. For the love of God, stop rolling around on the floor holding your face. It's embarrassing.
Hopefully someone like Kompany will take him to one side and tell him to knock it on the head.Agreed. The playacting is embarrassing.
