Ever since Argentina got smashed 6-1 in that friendly he has been awful. For City and his Country. Was all over the place again tonight. Hope he sorts it out for next season cos we don't want this Otamendi coming back to us.

Rakitic incident Reminded me of when he elbowed Gabby Jesus in the face last September (when everyone was worried he might have fractured an eye socket) and almost got in a fight with Fernandinho over it.

He's a nasty, petty player when things go badly for him, or he gets shown up, luckily for us he's on our side and things rarely go badly for us.

Sorry have I walked into a rag infested otamendi inquisition, the Croats were dishing it out so Ota was giving it back like the other Shithouse’s should of been, and for the silly statement he was awful last season bullshit.

Don't get too many bigger bellends than this bloke. The er general, what an utter shit bag.

That's a pretty average comment to make about one of our players mate. Nothing wrong with defenders dishing out a bit of physicality - look at Ramos, any team in the world would love him. At least Ota sticks up for himself, I don't want us being a team of soft arses. It's bad enough as it is sometimes.

He certainly only has a thin veneer of footballing respectability!

When he is on it, he is world class. When he loses his cool, I’m glad I’m not the opposition centre forward!

Kicking a ball at the head of someone lying prone on the ground isn't "dishing out physicality" or "sticking up for yourself" FFS, did you even think that through before posting that? You surely don't believe it.

Sticks up for himself until someone stands on his foot then he throws himself down to the ground rolling around in fake agony like his leg has been blown off by a landmine.

Giving away half a dozen stupid fouls by running into the back of a forward, or climbing all over them to compete for a header isn't being physical either, just poor play.

I'd probably feel like doing that if losing and annoyed enough in the heat of the moment to be totally honest. He's lucky he didn't get a red though to be fair, especially with VAR.

Some of his fouls were daft but the Croatians often backed in and drew the foul. Not too smart from Ota but I like his physicality and spirit.
