Santi Cazorla would be a brilliant signing. He can play on either flank, behind a striker or as a central midfielder. He gets bucket-loads of assists, is a genuine set-piece specialist and has been one of the best Spanish players in La Liga for the past two years.

I'm suddenly very excited about the transfer window again.

I don't think City will be after him or Isco though. Cazorla is underrated I believe but is fantastic but would prefer Isco as he is younger.

I don't think we will either, but for the moment I can dream.

Mundo Deportivo claims Real are going to bid £16million for the pair of them. Surely Malaga aren't that desperate as Cazorla alone cost more than that when Malaga bought him.

Thought Malaga has loads of cash what's happened?

Their owner is refusing to pay off their debts so has put those two up for sale. Madness! They just got in the Champions League and the revenue will improve soon but he is going to weaken them... hopefully we get Malaga then, nice place to go and a weakened squad. :)

"Chelsea end Oscar talks
Agent of Brazilian playmaker claims another bid will be 'difficult'

The agent of Brazil international Oscar has told Sky Sports that Chelsea are no longer in talks to sign the Internacional star.

Having already reportedly failed in one £20million bid for the playmaker, the European champions appear to have ended their interest.

Oscar's representative, Carlos Meinberg Neto, doubts whether Chelsea will be able to make another offer for the 20-year-old, who is also wanted by Tottenham.

"The first proposal of Chelsea was refused by Internacional," Neto told Sky Sports.

"And I believe that it is difficult for Chelsea to make a counter-offer for the player.

"Right now, we are no longer in talks with Chelsea."

Oscar, capped six times for his country, is regarded as one of the best young talents in Brazil and he has been named in their Olympic squad for London 2012."
