Sky Sports:

"Chelsea end Oscar talks
Agent of Brazilian playmaker claims another bid will be 'difficult'
By Jessica Corais. Last Updated: July 16, 2012 5:35pm

The agent of Brazil international Oscar has told Sky Sports that Chelsea are no longer in talks to sign the Internacional star.

Having already reportedly failed in one £20million bid for the playmaker, the European champions appear to have ended their interest.

Oscar's representative, Carlos Meinberg Neto, doubts whether Chelsea will be able to make another offer for the 20-year-old, who is also wanted by Tottenham.

"The first proposal of Chelsea was refused by Internacional," Neto told Sky Sports.

"And I believe that it is difficult for Chelsea to make a counter-offer for the player.

"Right now, we are no longer in talks with Chelsea."

Oscar, capped six times for his country, is regarded as one of the best young talents in Brazil and he has been named in their Olympic squad for London 2012."

Should City be looking at this lad?

Dont know if it has been posted or not but wigan have signed Fyvie from Aberdeen, meaning we are the only EPL that hasnt signed anyone(first team players anyway!)!lol

They don't even need Neymar they should be focusing on getting a CB and 60m Barca are fortunate they have a good academy and don't have to rely buying a lot of players.

Sky say Oscar to Chelsea is a done deal.

<a class="postlink" href="http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11668/7904965/Oscar-deal-done" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www1.skysports.com/football/news ... -deal-done</a>

£32million on Hazard, £25million on Oscar, they aren't afraid to take risks on young and unproven (in England) players.
