Alleged City target Lucas Ocampos who is only just 18 has joined Monaco (French 2nd division but rich now and managed by Ranieri) for €17million. Can you imagine any English second division club paying that much? Ocampos is a top prospect so it's a surprise he has not gone to a top club.

Chelsea have had an enquiry for Little Pee-Pee Hernandez rejected by United according to ESPN.
