Piss in one streak. As the flow weakens it always separates into to streaks, which then turns into a game of making sure both streaks are going into the pisser. Can be a proper bastard in the middle of the night. It's like there is a bung in my piss hole, dividing the piss as it comes out.

Quite alarming the amount of people that can't swim.

I used to work with a guy that couldn't swim. Nice guy. This fact was a bit of a joke between the rest of us in the team. Not in a nasty way, but the source of some piss taking.

After I'd left there and gone to work for myself, I got a call from one of my former colleagues saying he'd drowned in Menorca. He'd been in the sea, waist height, throwing a ball with a few mates, with his wife sat on the beach, and he'd lost his footing, panicked and a current had taken him out and he'd drowned. He was about 38, I reckon.

The funeral, which was in Christchurch, Dorset, was fucking horrendous. One if the pall-bearers was his brother, who I'd never previously met, but I knew straight away it was his sibling - I'll never forget the look on his face when he was carrying the coffin into the church. Truly awful.

People should try to at least learn the basics of swimming.

Oh, I will. Already training to become a driving instructor. Just hope I start earning again before the savings run out. At least I'm earning my National Insurance stamps, whoop-de-doo!
