From what i read today South and North Korea are still officially at war apart from a ceasefire being in place. The North want something more concrete in writing so they feel safe and its understandable the new leadership feels it has to make this point, its powerbase depends on it.
Why dont the powers that be just sit down and say OK war all finished, no more sanctions lets get on and be friends?
Im sure North Korea has little to excite the Neo-Liberal elites that run the world so make peace and lets all be happy with no threats and it could save us the £25billion to replace our nuclear sub stuff.

Replacing the Vanguard class submarines will keep a lot of blokes in work not much else goes on in Barrow and as they are our only nuclear deterrent now its a knocking bet the Government will order new one's.
