Yes i think people are thinking the layer being put on now is the final layer of the roof and that just cant be. There is absolutely no way the roof will be left in that state and it will have more leaks than the swamp if they do.

Can any of the construction experts confirm?

That being said, the state of that brickwork in the video does worry me as to what the finish will be like as it looks like Stevie Wonder has done it.

That is the final layer. But it isn't the final finish, the edges and junctions need trimmed tidied and flashed over. All that should look neat when done.

even with the tidying up it looks a bit cheap as if the final details didn't really matter. I suppose the primary purpose is more seats and to keep people dry but still it looks shoddy

It’s actually the same finish and material as the rest of the roof on the other stands. It’s just that it’s all weathered in a bit more on the sides and round.

Pretty much the final act of the static crane was to load the materials for the roof As mentioned above its the same as the other stands, once final fit and finishing is complete it will look fine.
 
Is their going to be a crest on the outside in-between the hotel n museum as shown on the plans ?

Right ok, still a lot of work to do on the roof then by the looks of it.
