Don’t think much roof work today with thunder storms going on

This is room where the Open Doors event was held that some of us attended in March. Joining it is the viewing platform looking towards the North stand.





I do believe it’s the first picture showing the view from inside the North stand looking out over the fan zone?

The Met Office forecasts intervals of rain for Manchester on Sunday but currently it doesn't look too bad between 16:30 and 18:30.

Thanks SS Skies. The roof looks better with every passing day.

I think Youtube hype is only available on Android devices? I will try and view the video through my mobile to see if I see the hype option. I didn't see it when viewing on my laptop.

Are we still continue to have a skywalk on the new roof because I would’ve thought that would’ve been installed or partly installed while they had the huge cranes and as it looks at the moment it doesn’t look like it is going to be included. Does anyone know any different?

Are we still continue to have a skywalk on the new roof because I would’ve thought that would’ve been installed or partly installed while they had the huge cranes and as it looks at the moment it doesn’t look like it is going to be included. Does anyone know any different?

It is and the structure will be lifted of mobile cranes onto the roof, probably from the City square area.

There's something new in Youtube called YouTube Hype that helps channels with < 500,000 subscribers grow. SS Skies mentions it in his video.

I think you need YouTube app to use it. I don't see the hype button so I am ignoring it.

If you check the videos you will see mounting points on the roof for the Skywalk as @Chappie says mobile cranes will be used to lift the structure

I learnt today that Perspex isn't polycarbonate :-D
