Id still go back once it's finished once or twice to try and capture that very thing Bounmouth Blue.

Cropped from ssskies video above, I think (circled in red) is where the walkway up to the roof is located - if either sskies or cpoverview fancied zooming in more, or looking in from the side/back would be good

I'll get a good look at that on my next video, I have captured it before but might of been a Few videos back now.

The club have formally amended the approval to remove it. Think they have likely decided on not having it.

I was wondering whether Etihad would have a question to ask over this. If Mr Borson is correct and the new Etihad sponsorship deal could be over £1.5b you would think they’d want some visible branding around the flagship stadium development.

Memory may be wrong, but I’m sure it used to say “Manchester City” over the main entrance but was changed to now say “Etihad Stadium” underneath a club crest. Probably for the same reason of Etihad wanting brand visibility.

Perhaps I’m clutching at straws, but that’s prime positioning, especially when you consider it’s highly visible from the arena- it just seems like too big of a wasted opportunity to not have either City or Etihad crest/branding there.

Right. Look how the red and blue dippers have their crest largely and proudly displayed, and they're offended by everything. If they don't want to offend anybody going to the Co-Op, they can at least put it on the side of the back of the North stand under the base of the skywalks

Worth pointing out again, the reason cited by the club for removing the crest is to stop it impeding views from the skybar. Rather than not to offend coop goers, which I doubt the club would care about that much. Maybe it was the interior designers that had the issue, who knows ;).

Don’t understand where this offend people has come from The whole stadium is branded there are illuminated crests on both east and west stands Four City player statues soon to be five City Square has the City Store and there is Bluemoon Cafe in the hotel building accessible from the square The square will be open when gigs are on The 3 external giant screens will likely display City content there are 3 more above the stage The roads around the campus are City themed All the above will be visible to people attending the arena Yes they have removed the proposed crest but who knows why? We might see a new planning application for an alternative let’s wait an see The skywalk between the quads would be a great place and be visible for miles

There are two options, a thumbnail which is the one you used or full image both are a proper option
