There's no concerts at Coop or the Etihad after the 6th July till start of season so would give them six weeks before the season to close off that area of the stadium and get it all resurfaced properly. Hopefully by that time all the exterior works are done, bar the new theatre with just the interiors to fit out.
No idea if that timeline is feasible for the completion of outside works but a nice window there to get the resurfacing done if possible

Depends. On how much of the inside they intend to open. It is all relative.
One's miles off are not the same as someone else's. If all it takes is night shifts, that's it miles off for me for example, that's still achievable. Otherwise they'd be saying next season imo.
The club must have been given a steer that sisk feel it is doable, to float the idea out in public.

It is doable, but that's with 24 hour shift working, normal working it's miles off.
The majority of back of house needs to be open.
Back of house, Stair cores, life safety.

Think they would need to have toilets and evacuation route as well as entrance completed , don't think they need to have food & drinks available
Agree.
Think that is doable by the Villa game, even if they are as little as 20% through internally at this point.
