I've got some spare white Poly Filla to fill the visible gap in-between the two fin/sail sections.

The gap thing, is actually really difficult to deal with. Between construction tolerances and later movement provision, a gap is impossible to omit.

There are one or two things that can be done with 'sleeves' etc, but options are fairly limited and tricky as fuck. Particularly at scale and where angles and sizes differ as much as they do here.

The plan is a 400 bed hotel, so I would guess 200-250 rooms, but yes - still a considerable size.

Memory, I guess. I don't bother correcting for the sake of 1 room, and because it feels pedantic. People just like round numbers maybe. If it was 399 rooms, wonder if we'd still call it a 400 bedroom hotel ;).
