The foundations need to be more substantial the higher the tier is, because it has to bear more load. So the smaller block doesn’t need to be so big

The 3rd tower crane base is ready for the 3rd crane.
Probably wrong, but this might be the for the 4th crane base? To be finished off.
The North stand redevelopment will look stunning with the Manchester (city centre) skyline in the distance.

Some sort of coating/covering applied to one of the cable net masts.
Some steel on the ground. Not sure if part of the foundations or for another purpose.

Thinking about it those coverings might be so the crane operator can avoid the cables when doing some lifting.

I was wondering if they're reflective as well. Are the multiple tapes to indicate wind directions?

just a guess, to stop any slide movement pushing the way the arrow is facing,the T at the rear would also assist

When do you think city will realise a CGI of the new North Stand?
It would amazing if they had one of these in the North Stand a double-sided goal line bar , this is from Everton's new South Stand
