North Stand Construction Discussion

Interesting.

If they can install less intrusive supports for the original cable net then maybe this is something which could be done to help expand the sides.
If they do ever expand the sides then that would mean a new roof, the cablenet wouldn't be required at that point I don't think.

Can’t understand why rail seating was only installed from row Z backwards in the away end SSL3 when everyone tends to stand in that section.

Certainly all of 314 tends to stand so would make sense to have it installed in that block at least.

North Stand redevelopment could have put the away fans in an upstairs bit like Newcastle & we get one end. But that isn’t happening it seems and 25000 fans not going to swop ends now. We want club to canvass Tier 3 south stand supporters.

The fact they are so high up means songs can travel a lot better from there too. That’s why when away fans get full tier 3 they dominate the ground. It’s the lay out of our ground.

Why would the club not want the north stand to be purely a home end? Baffling if true
