Essentially they've got to do a hell of a lot of temporary works to deal with the complexity of the roof system. Bingo, that was what I had read when I mentioned they were noted as being removed in the construction management plan, but was too lazy to go back and pull up, just expected folk to trust me ;). Cheers for doing it.

I think there definitely needs to be a thread to get dialogue on creating a home end. There's a small group of consistent posters in here, but it needs much wider debate. It's similar in the atmosphere thread as well, where it's a group of posters that tend to debate and suggest things.

At some point, it's worthwhile setting up a thread - even with a poll so those that attend games can give their ideas and feedback and we can be proactive about what happens. The club fucked up with the SS and we need to ensure they don't make basic mistakes here. Or we can sit on our hands and whinge when they do launch it. This is the last chance.

I know it’s an artists impression, but those two rectangular sections (circled) would tie in with where the supporting cables for the cablenet would need to route. Those could be the new anchoring points.

Cranes come and go but The Great Northern will be here for ever.

Ric won't let me start a thread but the sooner one starts the better.

The grown ups will then be able to influence a very important subject, whilst the crane and digger spotters carry on walking around with step ladders spotting cranes and diggers !!
