My wife watches all my videos and loves it when I take the drone on days out and on holiday but has never flown one. She fully supports me though which is good. Cheersif she set up a YouTube channel would she be mrsskies?
When I first started my channel i didn't know what to call it so my initials and flying around I came up with ss skies thinking it's easy to remember and sort of gives the impression of flying. She doesn't have time for a youtube channel, but yes I suppose Mrs ss skies is catchy. Cheers edgecroftmrssskies?
You surprise me, any random remotes laying about our house appear to belong to the wife.My wife watches all my videos and loves it when I take the drone on days out and on holiday but has never flown one. She fully supports me though which is good. Cheers

I’m good thanks mate, had no internet for a week on a cruise ship but now in New York but home by the weekend.Hopefully CP is all ok as well, not been seen much last couple weeks.
Yes and the mad thing was I could hear the hammering from my position. I'm made up to of finally caught a big lift. CheersIf all else fails give it a kick, and bash it with a hammer.
Video from today, sorry no pictures at the end of this one as batteries were about to run out. Cheers
It was crazy watching it pirouette in mid air to change direction for the guys to grab it. I felt for the guy grabbing it imagine the weight of it trying to push him off the platform. Was there nearly an hour to capture that so it shows how long it takes to do one tensioner and make sure they are secure thanks.Really interesting video that mate, thank you, I'm guessing the fella with the theodolite at ground level is responsible for setting the angle of the beam before they lift.
Yes Gordyola, I never thought I'd capture that, but surprised at how long it takes, might throw my mini drone in the car for occasions where anything like that is happening again so there would always be some kind of contingency plan. CheersCurious as to how the support beam is disconnected from the rod Shame your batteries ran out
