what’s the capacity of the North stand in its current form is it 6000? How many will it hold when the redevelopment happens?
It’s not ‘corporate’, it’s hospitality GA+ means like Joes. People in Joes are normal fans like me… and are quite boisterous ;-)
I'll take a picture just before the first and second half on Wednesday if I remember.Yes, thats being ignored, I expect they will be 93:20 / Joes type seats, which are no different to any other fans, just get access to a separate bar area. Not corporate at all.
Exactly! You’d be surprised at some of the Joes patrons… and who they are/were ;-)Yes, thats being ignored, I expect they will be 93:20 / Joes type seats, which are no different to any other fans, just get access to a separate bar area. Not corporate at all.
Is it bollocks posh. That’s still corporate/ posh seats to me mate ;)
They shouldn’t be at the front of a home end.
The flag waving and displays don’t make the fans sing anymore or louder. But as you’ll see on Wednesday and against Real Madrid displays can add to a good atmosphere. Remember the ship in SSL1.I’m more concerned that people shout and scream and support the team, rather than pre match displays. How many fans hold telescopic flags and wave the now? Just 1894 group.

So what's the difference in season ticket pricing ? Its meant to be a home end all together not pick and choose what you pay to where you seat ! Can you imagine Liverpool doing this at the Kopp ! Even United have removed there corporate/hospitality area from behind the Streford End in an attempt to improve the atmosphere!Exactly! You’d be surprised at some of the Joes patrons… and who they are/were ;-)
Jerez complaints at this too smh , you realise we need to make money to watch the type of football we watch nowadays right ?

Same could be said for each corporate/hospitality seat across the stadium they all mount up .I don’t think a few 100 hospitality seats that might be anotherJoe’s ‘located right at the front of L2‘ will finance a Erling Haaland or Jude Bellingham transfer. But those seats would certainly would improve the atmosphere and the spectacle at the Etihad.
TBF, you’re only the 2nd person to come up with that argument tonight.

Bloody hell, that’s absolutely shite. From reading through and seeing these pics, front of L2 is definitely corporate done in the style of Joes (it actually uses this description) to try softening it & make it more acceptable

Its not an argument that they should be there , just I wouldn't mean about them being there, I approached the money being spent on the stadium to bring us to another level .
As for only being the 2nd person it's a bit like the pre match thread the moaners are always more vocal :)
My wording was almost exactly this; ‘This is an opportunity to have a proper vocal stand for City fans for the first time in a generation. This might be the final chance in our lifetimes to get this right. Make the huge second tier of the new North Stand something special. No corporates, no hospitality, no tourists, no day-trippers, £350 for all adult season tickets in NSL2, £35 for all adult matchday tickets in NSL2… safe standing, banners, flags… let’s make this special’.In your feedback to the club via the questionnaire, did any off you ask for a hospitality area at the front of NSL2? (no, neither did I)
Cheers Danny!
You and the other City directors have well and truly shafted the fans on this one.
Danny Wilson.
“I’d like to take this opportunity to thank our fans and the local community for their participation in our recent consultation, not only for completing the questionnaire but sharing their detailed comments and feedback with us, all of which has been carefully reviewed and considered.
