Never realised east Manchester was so slopey! ;-)Click on the picture to enlarge it.
You'll see the Etihad better in the distance.

Guess the next notable milestone is the full removal of the existing roof. Or maybe the extension of the roof beams to their full stretch.
My dad (Red) and Uncle (Blue) were both at that Stoke match. They said they never saw a ball kicked because they couldn’t even get up the stairs to the terrace. They said lots of people jibbed in. Some even had ladders! I am 66.Bloody hell, how old are you?
It'll look a big booger !!Can’t wait until we first see the current roof taken off and the new roof expanded one there, going to look EPIC
Do you not think the existing beams will be connected to the support stanctions via the new cables allowing the load to be transferred before beam extenstions?Guess the next notable milestone is the full removal of the existing roof. Or maybe the extension of the roof beams to their full stretch.
I do, yes. I just meant in terms of what we as spectators would find an interesting notable milestone, rather than its actual sequence.Do you not think the existing beams will be connected to the support stanctions via the new cables allowing the load to be transferred before beam extenstions?
Watched this before:
Everton's new stadium is amazing. Brilliant for their fans. Chalk and Cheese compared to Goodison.
I wonder if City have been to see what ideas they can knab for the North Stand?
