North Stand Construction Discussion

we made it to page 1000 , wonder if we will be at page 2000 by the time it all opens ;-)
 
The most exciting things to see have been done already. Thanks to the drone guys and those taking videos and photo around the ground, we can already visualise the finished North Stand, Hotel and Commercial building. I know the stand is due to finish around the turn of the year but I can’t see the fanzone behind the stand opening until the hotel and commercial building are finished. Please keep it coming, maybe less frequent but always appreciated, thanks.
 
So it appears we will have 4 screens.
Does anybody know if the seats that have been removed to fit the new screens in the SE and SW corners are going back in?
These are corporate seats, the occupants of which use pub type bars for drinks and food.

There's no work in the South West corner for a 4th screen... yet! That's not to say they won't start it once the South East corner's screen is sufficiently developed...
 
Can anyone confirm or not if the away section seating on SSL2 has been expanded slightly over to the left, and now is above the edge of block 111 below, or was it like that last season?

If you remember, that was noticed on the this seasons season ticket seat planner.

Yeah, it would have looked really odd with only 3 screens.

4 screens was always going to be the the sensible and obvious outcome. What a stadium.

And the Rags and Scousers haven't got 1 screen between themselves.

Nothing I’ve heard or anything (I’d prefer a 4th screen) but someone on here who revealed a screen would go in the south east corner a couple of months back also said that the other corner would be reconfigured for extra seating.

Fingers crossed it’s actually another screen though and those corners can be finally covered up!

I doubt all that scaffolding would be there, plus more to come, if it wasn't another screen.
