Disabled bayDoes anybody know what this is this here?
Will only be a matter of time . The CB and E side look seriously dated now the new stands have gone up.If the E and CB were extended to fill in the corners, new roof on both, no cable net, new screens on top of E and CB stands then yes, hands down City will have the biggest and best stadium in U.K.
That is a huge loss of seats. I wonder why none where included in the NS when the third tier was added?Disabled bay
If you mean south stand they already had 2 large flat areas each side where the new screens going in now , then they put in those stands for new areas but I presume there is some more around there .That is a huge loss of seats. Maybe security?Does anybody know what this is this here?
Area for wheelchair users with direct flat access to concourse there is a minimum requirement which is a % of seating look at the other stands and you will see similar areasDoes anybody know what this is this here?
Nope, absolutely not. Spurs stadium is light years ahead. Pop up to EL3, it's like something out of the 80's up there, cramped concourses clad in bare concrete with Neon lighting and about as much chance of getting half time food and drink as winning the lottery.A serious question.
A bit off topic, but it does include the North stand redevelopment.
Once everything is completed, will we, City, have the best stadium in the PL?
In my opinion only Spurs and Everton might have better stadiums? Might?
Even as a statutory minimum of 5% of the north stand (the total including Tier 1, as I assume), that works out as 640-700 seats/spaces. If only for that stand, not offsetting other areas of the stadium.Area for wheelchair users with direct flat access to concourse there is a minimum requirement which is a % of seating look at the other stands and you will see similar areas
Not sure you can judge a stadium on one or two poor areas, Spurs’ away section higher up wasn’t that fantastic on the concourse. I guess that’s the nature of football stands.Nope, absolutely not. A few areas of the ground have been tarted up and the bar in the South Stand looks good, but it is feeling it's age in a lot of other areas.
It proves they are doing work I agree , but it doesn’t guarantee it’s a screen !there's scaffolding there ready to go up , there your proof

EL3 and CB3 are pretty large areas with many thousands of fans having to put up with extremely poor concourses. Whilst they are limited for space due to the poor planning when the stadium was built there are improvements that could be made such as putting sky sports or highlights on the tv screens instead of just showing food and drink options (though the absence of anything worthwhile may be an attempt to ease the overcrowding by giving fans no reason to stand around at ht etc). Not sure you can judge a stadium on one or two poor areas, Spurs’ away section higher up wasn’t that fantastic on the concourse. Taking away blue bias and I'd say absolutely not. It's a good stadium, but not great.A serious question.

I think it’s a screen , I would bet good money if I had it ;-)It proves they are doing work I agree , but it doesn’t guarantee it’s a screen !
It’s got to be a screen surely? Would look odd with 3!I think it’s a screen , I would bet good money if I had it ;-)
I seem to remember theres a tv studio being built adjacent the sky bar ??I have also seen speculation that it could be a sky studio and a extended pub so we will see
Sorry, yes I meant the south stand. If you mean south stand they already had 2 large flat areas each side where the new screens going in now , then they put in those stands for new areas but I presume there is some more around there .
