The construction teams won't be super enthusiastic about doing a hotel fit out next to a working fanzone you would have thought

mid 2026 for fan zone , shop etc

That’s not as has been previously reported as the shop / museum was due for completion first as it’s a much simpler build ??

From the planning proposal all 3 were originally at least, scheduled for completion at the same time (unless City Square isn't what I think it is):-

"The hotel, workspace and public realm works, including City Square, are targeted to subsequently complete by mid-2026."

That said it says the north stand itself should be ready for August 2025 and that's not happening.

I think it was HelloCity who recently mentioned the roof walk and the safety precautions that are part of the roof walk experience.

I'm still not convinced the scaffold in the SW corner suggests there's a 4th screen going up there. Opinion on here seems divided - is there anyone actually ITK or does someone want to create a poll so that when we find out, the "I told you so" brigade can feel smug?

The fact that there is rebar on the floor suggests that they are doing a concrete floor

city one I don't will be secured on ? all the render I have seen it doesn't have a edge with no fences like spurs , the north stand renders makes it look like its fenced the walkways .
 
Just watching those kids lay the brickwork on SSS latest see video (1 minute in). Guy on the left is laying it to eye with no spirit level. Fellas spirit level on the right is what you get in a kids builders set.
