Why don't they run LED lights on the hotel as they have done on the COOP live? They could have them down the side of the fins

The top photo is what the hotel would look like with Blue LED lights

The top 3 above the museum which is above the shop, but yea seems it. The office space element of it isn't for City staff or Club offices but will be let out (for extra revenue you would assume) if you go by that.



* Presumably one floor each for the offices of Real Madrid, Galatasaray and Liverpool, so they can better represent their fans in the stand and the hotel!

Thought the plan for the office space was always to rent it out to small/ start up companies ??
 
Not necessarily the North stand extension, but it would certainly be easier to implement there as it’s ‘fresh’ seating….

With the increasing number of tourists and away fans in the home end, wouldn’t it be better to house that lot in a Fulham-style neutral section?

I had always read it as office space for the club and consolidating various administrative elements on site. That's what I took from the PA. Rather than renting out to 3rd parties. But I could be misremembering. In reality the flexibility is there for either or.

It changed about 18 months ago, I mentioned last year in a DM to you that areas in the Commercial building were in abeyance
 
It could be a tough ask renting the office space out. Probably will depend on the cost per sq ft. Most office occupiers want to be in the city centre, not a few miles from it next to a football stadium. Metrolink, and parking, which will have to be provided, will help.

I went on a tour of Eden just over the city centre border in Salford. The agent told me they still had 7 floors to let, and were struggling to let the floor space as Eden wasn’t on the Manchester side of the city centre.

I’m sure overtime the office space will be let. The 3 floors aren’t big floor plates.

No it was about the end users too, the majority of the work on the 3 floors was taken out of the Contractors packages.

Shell only? Although tbf, not that much fitout work in offices anyway.

I wonder if one or more of our not so related related parties will take up space there. Then we can continue paying ourselves..

Yes down to shell with an elementof life safety, I've not seen any confirmation of what will eventually go there. I suppose there is no rush either.

Know as the "Commercial Building" was always the plan from the beginning City staff are mainly based in the CFA

What happens to the building where the store is currently, formerly know as City@Home, is unknown
