Has the actual City Hall space been re-worked into something smaller?
Just to clarify at my end, I see the GA+ and 'hospitality' as pretry much the same thing and interchange the terms in my own posts, in both these areas.
And the way I read the club statements (and I've not seen anyone challenge that) is that the City Hall in its entirety will be for the 500 GA+ ticket holders.
I previously argued 'no way they would do that', and speculated on how 500 in an 1800 capacity space might work, be that through subdivision, dedicated booths/kiosks etc.
But both the statement and then the CGIs now really do very much look like it is the whole space taken up, by the 500 GA+/hospitality offering. For what I assume is circa 1000 dedicated seats the first tier.
The CGI's are all based on the same set layout of booths and tables, all the views show the same thing. And even a rough tally of that and what's left, does come out to around 500. And they don't focus on the access to it and the stairs to L2 for nothing btw.
And having consistently argued thinking the upper GA+ area shouldn't be an issue and was proportionate etc, and advocated waiting to see what tue club put forward for this space, I really am not 'moaning' here for the sake of being negative, that's for damn sure.
Obviously, it can all change back though, if there is no real demand for that offering there at that price.
We don’t know.Has the actual City Hall space been re-worked into something smaller?
You may well be right,I know little about it, but this image looks pretty full with at a rough guess 500ish in it ,not sure it's a big enough space for 1800,also though the original plan the Hall looked more square than that long rectangle shown.See above. Argued this previously, but fairly convinced now that's exactly what they are doing. The statements are pretty clear, and the CGIs even clearer imo.

The only way to find out is to ask someone who is working on the site if there is another part of City Hall
Is this the main entrance from Medlock Sq below

Are these the double-sided bars that go onto Medlock Sq marked "X" in the floor plan

Surrounded by fellow fans, great food and flowing pints, stories are shared and moments relived in equal measure. Welcome to the great hall. Our City Hall.www.mancity.com
The video starts with people walking towards City Hall. If you look at the drawing above, it looks like they are walking in from the left (CIRCULATION).
The guy with the Harland strip looks like he came through the turnstile (top left)

The video shows an area for City Hall, but it does not look massive. Could it be that there is 2 City Halls?

1 Main entrance from Metlock Sq
2 & 3 could be bars in the middle of the biggar City Hall, or could be the double-sided bars that go onto Metlock Square
City Hall could be a multi-function space that uses bi-fold doors to make larger and smaller rooms
Further in the video, you see access to the seating tier broadly where your 3 is.@jrb

So what will the full capacity of the whole of the North Stand be once finished?

Don't think it is split, it would be too narrow and also wouldn't particularly work, as people from Medlock Square or the tiers above would have to pass through a space they have no access to, to get to the seats.

Looks like a lot of plastic fans in there to me. :-)@jrb @blueparrot @Coatigan

Is this the main entrance from Medlock Square below? If it is, then the bars are on the opposite side of the hall, not like they are on the floor plans
