To be fair i said it could be for the Petrol Interceptor and i'd have to check the drawings, having checked them, there are two petrol interceptors, the proposed locations are adjacent to the entry / exit point of City / Medlock square and the other is about 30 meters further on from where the bollards are closer to the stadium.

with the naming of the stand the guardiola stand are they putting guardiola on the seats or on the roof, i saw a picture of peps name on the seats and it looked pretty good
