It’s a shame if it’s going to be just shy of 62,000. Adding the extension blocks to the third tiers of the East & West stands (as they did when the South stand was extended) may have possibly taken it over.
I suppose as they’re not doing as much work in the corners this time, it may have been too difficult to do.

Met Swales told him the stand was an abomination he’s was really surprised I said that it wasn’t befitting of City too small and ugly He replied that the plan was to take it around on to the Kippax
