As a Citizen matchday member, I often sit at the top of the Colin Bell or East Stand and have also sat at the back of level 5 at Wembley a few times. I'm not sure my diminishing eyesight could cope by being a further 16 rows back! And as for the cablenet, I get that it would eventually become redundant as it already is on the South Stand and will be on the North, but as an engineering solution its an incredibly elegant way of supporting the roof as opposed to 4 separate systems on each stand.

Just been past on the tram and couldn’t see the support pillar on the west tower. The top part is definitely gone.

It's definitely gone. The East tower is sadly blocked for me by the Co-op Live and one of the concrete cores.

I have just been and flown over , west pillar is completely gone , east still intact.
