Crikey! I had that on a tape from the late 80's that a mate did for me. I've tried to find it on youtube but I was spelling it wrong (wanna) nice one mate.

It reminds me a bit of the Latin soul thing that Mods in the 80's were really into. Like this one from Ray Barretto. Massive on the Phoenix national mod rallies back then.
