Why do we need a centre half? It's not suddenly going to improve us at the back, personnel is not the problem with our defence. tactics and an apparent lack of instruction is the problem.

Can't see anyone coming in either,I'd of suggested maybe David Villa on loan but we've got a full compliment of foreign players haven't we? I don't think the manager issue is a problem seeing as it's Txiki that brings in the players. I just think we got all our targets in the summer to see us through the season and the only reason we would be active in January is if we had a lengthy injury to a player.

I expect no activity either way. Don't really see any of the title challengers doing much in truth.

If we can get in quality additions I reckon we would.

I think Demichelis will leave in January back to Argentina as the season starts in February over there.

I would like to think we have our eye on someone like John Stones.

We desperately need a top CB either on loan or bought asap . With our defence the way it is at times and vinny out For most of the season now then we could not only miss out on the title but potentially top 4!!

I'd be surprised if we bought anyone in January. Another centre half wouldn't go amiss, but doubt anyone of the required standard will be available. There is absolutely zero chance Everton will allow Stones to leave this window.
