Exactly what I said to SWMBO about 15 mins into the second half... We'll regret these misses big timeThey were piss poor. But with every easy chance we missed the unthinkable became more likely

Agreed but this occasion he was on.Problem with VAR is that they can choose what frame suits them best to make It appear onside or offside.
So if our defenders make a mistake, then Ederson has the right to be out of the game!!! Strange.Genuinely baffled how anyone can think he was at fault for that goal today, v Spurs, Villa etc when those in front of him threw him under the bus by presenting the opposition with simple chances.
Our defending overall has been shite this season compared to our usual standards
Make your own luck by putting the ball in the net and not concededing consistently from the only effort on target. They had a huge slice of good fortune earlier. We didn't despite us dominating.
Only dropped 11 points away last year.Only managed to win 50% of our away games so far, dropping 15 points.
Dropped less in 19 away games last season.
It needs fixing rapid.
What? He was clearly onside.Problem with VAR is that they can choose what frame suits them best to make It appear onside or offside.
SadlyAgreed but this occasion he was on.
We should send him to Southampton for more practice , quite sure his percentage would improve if he can keep warm instead of dealing with a few back passes.Ederson’s 19th in the division with a save percentage on 57%….. just let that sink in. Thats not acceptable!!

Mostly we did. Arsenal were not much better but Villa were masters of their own downfall.Make your own luck by putting the ball in the net and not concededing consistently front the only effort on target.
Exactly, pretty certain we were on the brink of beating the PL unbeaten away record.Only dropped 11 points away last year.
MaybeA lapse in concentration due to our exertions in the previous game.
There has been a clear change this past week. Im sorry, but if you cant see that then you must be blind. Also if we drop points its not automatically due to a lack of passion. Today we created enough chances to win 4/5-0, while Forrest had one chance all game and they scored. The performance as a whole was encouraging and if we play like this next week will win comfortably. If you think that this squad has the same passion as last season, fair enough. They're sadly lacking in that department imo.
We've got too many players with an eye on the exit door, or/and drifting past their peak.
I'll be pleasantly surprised if we win a trophy or even reach a final this season.
They’ve still got to go to Liverpool, Newcastle and us, our tough games are at home, yes Brighton, Brentford and Everton aren’t gimmies but we beat all 3 away from home last season.I'm probably seen as a happy clapper on here. But I just can't see it. Yes; Arsenal will drop points. But we've still got a home game against them, as well as Liverpool and Newcastle. And trips to Brighton, Brentford, Palace, Fulham and Everton (who may be scrapping for survival at that point)
im no pep but every team we play try hang in game 0-0 or 1-0 then play 10 minute football today was no differentA lapse in concentration due to our exertions in the previous game.
He should be able to stop that cross or at least stay in his goal to give himself a chance. How many times we conceded from the only or first chance?Explain what he could of done better cause he had no chance
nobody ever questions ball leaving footProblem with VAR is that they can choose what frame suits them best to make It appear onside or offside.
Stats from both games were pretty similar apart from they scored 4 from 20 attempts.Mostly we did. Arsenal were not much better but Villa were masters of their own downfall.
