We won’t see any of these sideways games anymore with two banks of four defenders because Erling and Alvarez are electric paced and will win any chipped pass from Gundo and KDB. Pep is the best coach in history. He always finds a way.

Add all the players ages up and divide by the mumber of players who played! Basic maths

Yeah, dippers in my social network have been saying similar things about that game. The margin of that victory in the pre-season friendly seems to get bigger with each passing game.

I was at the game last night. The absolute happiness mixed with shock and disbelief whenever Haaland scores is beautiful :’)

Was that our 3 pre season game . Or 2nd proper as the first was a bit of washout

Said in the pre match thread that I would like to see front 3 of Phil, Erling and Alvarez and with Mr Whippy behind picking the passes

I know it was only Forrest but it seems so natural and fluent

Only issue is Kev and Bernie are so good it’s hard to call the midfield
