Still cannot believe you aren’t using my song for Haarland

.
To the tune of My Favourite Things.

Young Erling Haaland
Now plays for Man City
He’s got blond hair
And his footwork is nifty

Scoring us hattricks
And making us sing
These are a few of
our favourite things

What a great run

Cracking goal son

Dippers in despair

The Rags on a high ledge
about to jump off
And nobody fu…….king cares

Fucking borderline racism.
Ah 'kin hear it noo...

@Eccles Blue ,you must of been thrilled with the way your son john played :)
Oh I was, I was, that jump for the assist for Haaland was amazing. I didn't know he could jump that high. I'm thinking of entering him for the high jump in the next Commonwealth Games!!! :-)

You know even all these years after he's left City I still want to type Alfie Haaland!!

After their showing against tottenham i thought they'd give us more of a game. As it was they couldn't get near us. I suppose this shows what a great team performance it was from City.

Alvarez must start every game.

Apologies to Grealish, Mahrez and anyone else.

It was like watching a young Sergio.

Both goals were that of an elite striker.

So much intensity, great in the press, fantastic link man, quick.

Very excited.
He did his chance no harm at all.....i see him having a bit of Tevez and Aguero as well as Kinkladze in his game.

Quite the mega mix!

His first goal and his effort off the post, could have been prime Sergio.

That's two games now where he is also getting involved in the approach to goals.

If he's a combo of those three you mention, he will be a true great here.

King Julian.

Given it was something more like a 3-2-5 in attack there's room for all our attacking talents to swap in and out of that front 5. Think Pep is onto something with Haaland in the 9 and Alvarez allowed to roam wherever the fuck he wants across the front 3 though.
When we attacked it was reminiscent of the old five-man forward line of the 1960s with Bell, Lee, Young, Sumerbee, and Coleman. I thought it was a playing style that had died out in modern football because it was seen as too risky defensively. But Pep doesn't give a shit does he? He will try anything. I think sometimes he just gets a bit bored and wants to have a bit of fun. After watching football close-up for 55 plus years I am amazed by Pep. There may be managers with bigger trophy hauls but he is the best coach of all time with strategy and tactics.
