Just quickly worked this out from the programme, pretty sure it's right but feel free to double check and humble me if I've got it wrong!

10 league Games Pre Mancini: W 2 D 7 L 1 - Points = 13

Goals For 18 Goals Against 19 = -1

10 League games post Mancini: W 6 D 2 L 2 - Points = 20

Goals For 19 Goals Against 8 = +11

I think all in all we should be satisfied with that. We've picked up more points, improved hugely at the back and to my surprise scored more goals too. If you break it down into home and away fixtures both stack up more favourably than the prior 10 games (13 points to 9 at home, 7 points to 4 away) and the comparitve fixtures (i.e teams we've met twice in these runs) are also slightly better since Mancini arrived.

This is not meant in any way as a dig at Hughes who I did like, it's just an attempt to highlight that despite some of the doom and gloom that's been banded about in recent weeks we've actually seen an improvment in our overall return and performed pretty well! Yes the brand of football hasn't been that pleasing on the eye at times but we're still scoring more goals so imagine what it will be like when the players do settle fully in to the new system! I'm a big fan of Mancini and was from what I saw of his days at Inter, I hope he's given the time and support to take our club places.
So when fat-boy alan greene was asked,"what has Mancini brought to City, that MH didn't?"His answer was "Nothing!",he might have been wrong???

That twunt greene hates City and I hate him... he never misses a chance to do us down.. sad little glory hunting twunt with no loacl teams of his own to support. total w@nker

I too think Mancini has loads of potential. But slagging off former managers is, in my mind, a little classless and a bit chavvy.

I haven't seen any former managers skagged off, who are you referring to? Hahaha.

Moomba. I have never seen you say hahaha before.

Are you a bit giddy?

Or was it a euphemism?

No not at all... but thanks for taking the time to comment and post on a pointless thread....

... doesn't that seem a bit....

pointless to you?

Not really, if a person doesn't realise thier own stupidity and pointlessness, then they'll continue being pointless. Thats even more pointless than if someone steps in and tells them of thier pointlessness and stops and more pointless pointlessness.

End of the day you came on at every oppourtunity under Hughes and slagged him off, now you're telling anyone slagging Mancini off to stop and get behind the team... Whilst at the same time you then acknowledge people may not agree with you and thats fair enough, they don;t have to.

A pointless cry for support... "Agree with me... if you want... but you don't have to... either or really... i'll respect your views either way... umm, sounds a bit pointless in that case?"

^^^^ Now that is a pointless post ^^^^

But thanks for making it.

Are the people who follow City going to get behind the man, at least until the end of the season?

We witnessed a glimpse of what is possible.

We were awesome

We have missed Tevez and had he been here I believe we would still be in the Cup.

So come on forget Hughes, Morinho and give the man a chance. He deserves our support.
hughes would have got the same result and better results in the past month with this team he made.

Nope Hughes was completely clueless.

Possibly, but highly unlikely.

Truth is (thankfully) we'll never know.

Would have him back in a heartbeat.

Now that is a diplomatic answer Scorer, you've mellowed within one thread.
