There’s two queues. One to get on the website in the first place after which you go via a waiting room and lobby to the queue where you get a number.

On MS Edge, it's giving me 62K, for Chrome, I'm now under "you" in the "Thank you..." on the bottom line, but I can think of other verbs that are actually happening than a "Thank".
