Yeah because he has requested the move and that means that he isn't entitled to anything from Zenit from the transfer and clubs and players have clauses which state that if a club sells a player and he hasnt requested a move the player gets money from the rest of his contract and it works the other way if the player requests a transfer then he must pay to get out of his contract.
