Top bloke is Balague. Shot that comment down.

What is history anyway? a thing to make football fans feel good about themselves? only thing that matters is recent history (like Balague said) and the project where a club is heading, and we are going on the up !

Thing is as well, I think we'll get a better and more well rounded manager than we would've got had Pep arrived straight from Barca in 2013.

He expanded beyond the horizons of La Liga, and took his philopshy to a foreign league, and applied it successfully with some tweaking.

He's learnt more, worked with different players from different parts of the world.

We have genuinely made the best appointment this club could possibly make. This is the biggest thing to happen to this club post takeover.

Last time I felt like this was on deadline day 7 and a half years ago, with news of the takeover and then the crazy news of Robinho signing breaking through.

What a roller coaster.

8 years ago today, Benjani fell asleep in an airport ahead of his proposed transfer to MCFC. We've come a long way since then blues....

Phil Thompson what a clown. Says Guardiola will want instant success so have they given up on the acadamy.

Did he really say that? Just proves what we all know. The bitter big nosed **** hasn't got a fucking clue.
