[Official] Guardiola to manage City next season

Still interesting though, even if his voice is dull. Barca 5 points clear, everything going swimmingly, yet he calls Henry in for a meeting and tells him to buck his ideas up. Next game he gets a hat-trick. We need some of that, cause when this current City team achieves something, we then switch off for a year, or longer. Pep won't let that happen.

This all day long, I concur

Can't wait!!
I'm loving all the videos, interviews and stories.
No more lazy arsed performances, if they do, they won't do it again.
I'm sure they'll be some players for the high jump, some we won't necessarily agree with, but in Pep we trust.
Bring it on!
It's all part of our great..... What's the word? HISTORY!

Love that clip of the gobshite Nicholas on SSN.
HIs face is getting redder by the second , and he seems to on the point of a total anger meltdown.

Well it was only a matter of time until this news broke - Pellers is just the perfect gentleman and I hope the players repay him for his true honest character prior to his departure by bringing the title back.

Did you ever think back in the 90's we'd ever read this sort of sentence in a national paper?

"brings an escalation of threat to England’s other top clubs, especially United, whose sleep-aid football is now unflatteringly juxtaposed with the kind of ambitious, attacking style Guardiola will insist on in the sky blue half of Manchester"

And it gets deeper and deeper...

"Louis van Gaal, clinging to the comfort of an FA Cup win at Derby, will have felt the stakes rise when City confirmed the open secret of Guardiola’s appointment"

And better and better...

"Arsenal, too, will feel that there can be no more postponements of their return to the summit."

If U****d sign Mourinho, they will have reacted to us. We are in control.

"Can they afford to have decisions dictated to them by what City do?"

May 2009: Champions League - the latter courtesy of a 2-0 win over Manchester U****d in the Rome final. He is the youngest coach to win Europe's biggest prize.
May 2011: Guardiola leads Barcelona to a third straight La Liga title and a second Champions League crown in three seasons. Manchester U****d are again the victims, beaten 3-1 at Wembley.

Let them rot and rumble...

the cafe is like comedy gold its on a par with some of the sketches from fawlty towers or black adder, here are just some of the comments

Pep to City - Giggs to United. The perfect storm of our demise continues

We are like a solitary old decaying office building beside a brand new executive business park with hip bars and good looking people
Let's be realistic.

City are ahead of us at the moment even with Pellegrini. From that perspective not much is going to change unless there's massive changes at United.

It means City dominating domestically for the next three years. As things stand, it's time to face another three years of mediocrity.
