I feel we have a strong enough side here to give young vlad a run out. With his pace and the problems with pompeys defence he could cause havoc getting in behind.

This game puts together two teams whom last met at the City of Manchester Stadium where the biggest defeat of the season was inflicted (6-0) with 6 different scorers. City, who are 3rd in the 'form table' behind Villa and the Scum, while Pompey lay dead bottom.

On paper, this is an easy win for the Blues, however, knowing City and bearing in mind the 'new manager syndrome' we may see an upset. City have one of the worst away records in the league, winning only once back in August 3-0 to Sunderland and will look turn their away record around if they want any chance in europe.
