My reasoning for the above is that Richards needs a change of scenery & needs to get back into form so stick him in right midfield (as Ireland/SWP are out) & this may help get him back into form & also give us a bit of steel in midfield. Elano is on the left above but I've put him in a "roaming" role so he can switch.
My prediction 3-1 City.
