Official Supporters Club Membership 2023/24: Now Open

Sorry to mither you mate but it seems too good an opportunity to miss.

I’m going somewhere a bit remote in a few weeks and Llanfair…. is the nearest train station. You reckon I’d be able to jump a taxi from outside there easy enough, or would I be better off getting off the train at Bangor, which is a bit further away from where I’m going?
Not sure about waiting taxis at Llanfair, think you’d have to call one from the local notice board. Google comes up with a number of firms local to Llanfair.

Looks like the changes for next season could affect some branches, I suspect the club have done this because of the Istanbul ticketing distribution. Can’t say I’m against the changes but I’d much rather they targeted corporate allocations first.
Istanbul will be a factor but I think the changes will be more to do with having one person on ticketing in the OSC being unsustainable. The FA Cup and Champs League demands highlighted this.

The changes put more reliance on automation and the core ticket office system.

Sorry for my ignorance guys but what are you referring to regarding changes? Cheers in advance.

Once Branch allocations have been confirmed for a game and ticket secretaries have allocated within Branches, it is for individual members to pay City for their ticket (within 48 hours). The Ticket Office will then post / transfer tickets direct to individual members rather than to the Branch ticket secretary.

I don’t think it will have any real impact on our Branch.

Only got two tickets via branch last season anyway so can't see it impacting myself a great deal. So how would the individual pay the club as they're usually allocated before sales? A dedicated window on the City site? or God forbid having to ring the elusive ticket office?

They would have to pay by card before City would send out the ticket. I don’t know the exact details. If the individual doesn’t pay City within 48 hours the ticket gets allocated elsewhere.

Hopefully a dedicated window or portal. Can see it being a disaster if it's only by phone.

I assume it would be part of the main ticketing site but we haven’t seen the finer details. It will be trialled for the Community Shield with a selection of Branches and then more Branches will be introduced to the system for Burnley.

If a member doesn’t pay within the 48 hours does the branch get contacted to allocate the ticket to another member or does that ticket go back to city and maybe put back into the individual season card holder pot
