Entered all my details for the pre-order, clicked on the "PAY" button and then got a screen saying "click here to proceed to your card-issuers website". Clicked on that and got a big fuck-off message "You cannot access this page". D'oh. No idea whether the order's been processed or not.

i got exactly the same message got right through to the end...now dont know if im ordered or not never have gig tickets...this is not good enough, been waiting all day for this and now im worried about my card details too :-(

the shop still isnt working, when i try to enter my delivery adress, goes to a error page

I got a certificate message on screen, but halfway down the page it said "proceed anyway" in red writing, and then the order went through fine.

Yep, video's frozen, cant sort the kids tickets or shirts. Officially giving up now, Hopefully the transfers will go better than the launch of the kit and the website. Need to go and ring customer services now and tell them to cancel whatever spending spree they might be on lol
