Offside rule changed after Silva's goal against Villa

Am I right in thinking this is just Prem?

In which case not only will English teams be playing under different rules in Europe but, IF its not all domestic football, cup games will be under differing rules too.

To try and fuck with us they're essentially going to confuse 95% of players most of whom aren't playing football due to brain power.

Wait for the clamour for Bernardo's goal to be chalked off.
Which journalist or manager will push for this first ?
City's 2nd goal will be conveniently forgotten and brave little old Villa will have been robbed of the well-deserved point.
The incessant diving and cheating is the big issue not Rodri's offside goal in my opinion.
Why not have a 2nd VAR official to look solely at the cheating with a retrospective yellow card e.g. Donny the Beek on Sunday. It will continue if the serial offenders carry on NOT getting punished.
When amatuer and junior football starts again, no doubt many more scallies and kids will dive as there is no current deterrent...
Truth is Villa weren't robbed of anything, they would still have lost 1-0.

Change the rules whenever the yank mafia see fit may as well put Mickey mouse in charge of the premier league . The games a joke

It is beyond belief. To me the rule was pretty obvious, once a player plays the ball the offside player becomes onside. So are we now the villain's ( no pun intended) for scoring a good goal that because it was us outage ensued, or for scoring that goal getting the interpretation of the rule changed? I guess we all know the answer.

Has Dean Smith been punished yet ? Will he get punished ? apart from the game he missed at the week end
