Singing In The Rain, is this the one you mean mate?

This is his co star Donald David Dixon Ronald O'Connor.

His name is more impressive than the wall climb ;)

Seemingly Danny Kaye was a bit of a ####.

Weird comedy sketch that.

"For all of his success as a performer (...) his greatest legacy remains his tireless humanitarian work—so close were his ties to the United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF) that when the organization received the Nobel Peace Prize, Kaye was tapped to accept it", according to music critic Jason Ankeny.[55]

I love the old stars, I had a picture made up for my bedroom which no one else will have. Took a photo to show on here but it says image is too large to post. Not sure why it's not even big.
It’s the amount of data.

Watched this this afternoon.

Robert Donat and the lovely Jean Cadell

What I find interesting about these old classics are the supporting cast, John Mills in this one making an honest living as a jobbing actor before fame.

I think Robert Donat was a manchester lad, I can remember my dad talking about him (he always had to call him Robert Donut) going to the same school as my dad?

Just dropped a chap off at bowlers where there is some kind of nerdy convention for sci fi geeks who can collect autographs , £25 to get in, £150 if you want Keifer Sutherlands autograph !
